Residential Manager

Support, uplift, and assist. As a Direct Care Assistant, you’ll work closely with clients to help with personal needs and daily routines making every day more manageable and more meaningful.

Position Summary:
Unique Caring Opportunities, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Care Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our residential care facilities. This role demands a proactive individual with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and maintaining 24-hour availability for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Coordination:

● Oversee and coordinate resident care activities to ensure the highest quality of care.
● Provide immediate assistance to residents in need, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
● Maintain 24-hour availability for emergencies and urgent situations.


Resident Care:

● Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents' unique needs.
● Regularly assess resident progress and adjust care plans as required.


Staff Training and Support:

● Train, supervise, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional care services.
● Organize and facilitate regular staff meetings and training sessions.


Compliance and Communication:

● Ensure strict adherence to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
● Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to support care delivery.


Facility Operations:

● Oversee daily facility operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
● Address operational challenges promptly to ensure seamless service delivery.


Qualifications:
● Certification as a Direct Care Provider or equivalent credential.
● Demonstrated experience in a residential care setting, preferably in a leadership capacity.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
● Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to emergencies around the clock.
● Comprehensive understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.


Physical Requirements:
● Ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
